Ingredients
1 small banana1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt1 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp honey1 scoop chocolate protein powder2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup milkice
Directions
place all ingredients except ice in blender
mix until blended well
add ice a little at a time until smoothie is as thick as you like
