Chicken Cordon Bleu

5 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 c. dry bread crumbs5 sticks of light string cheese5 oz lean deli ham1 large egg (slightly beaten)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts until they are 1/4" thick.
2. Place 1 oz of ham on each chicken breast, then top with 1 stick of string cheese
3. Roll chicken breast around ham and cheese. Use a toothpick to secure them.
4. Place egg in a shallow bowl, and bread crumbs in a difference shallow bowl. Coat chicken breasts with egg, let excess drip off. Then roll breasts in breadcrumbs.
5. Place in a 13x9" glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooke through.
