Pork Parmesan

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Pork Chops (3 - raw)Seasoned Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup, grated)Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)Smart Balance Oil (2 Tbsp)
Directions
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl
Brush oil on chops, then coat chops with crumb/cheese mixture
Brown chops in pan on stove on medium heat for 1 minute on each side
Bake chops at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let sit (covered) for 10 minutes, then serve!

    My fiance and I loved the taste, however, the instructions were a little vague. 1st thing was what temp to bake the pork at. We guessed at 350. Also, a tip on how to keep the breading on the pork would have been good. All in all, I loved it and will eat it again soon. Very yummy recipe!!! - 5/16/07

    My boys don't particulary like pork but they ate everything on their plate. This was easy and quick. A definate "do-again" in my recipe book!! - 5/13/07
