Ingredients
1sm. Onion, coarsely diced1lb Ground beef1 1/4c Dry Red Kidney Beans, soaked1c Dry Red Beans, soaked1/2c Tomato Paste2cloves garlic ground to paste-use large knife, smash garlic under knife, scrape knife back & forth over garlic until paste.salt to taste1/2tsp chili powder1tsp coriander1/4tsp red pepper (to taste)1/2tsp black pepper
Directions
Simmer onion in water enough to cover bottom of pan to approximately 1/4". When onion is soft add ground beef breaking into chunks desired. Add spices & mix well. Add beans & water to cover to about 1/2". Simmer till beans are soft to taste.
