3 tbls flax meal.33 cup shredded cheese.5 cup egg beaters.5 tsp baking powder.25 tsp garlic powder.05 tsp stevia
Directions
mix all together and let sit for about 20 minures. spray custard cup and pour in batter. microwave for about 1 and a 1/2 minutes
