I made this the other night and used 1/2 cup salsa and added 1 cup of refried beans to the crust because my husband just had to have them. It was very good and my husband even ate the veggies which he does NOT do normally.. - 1/13/10

This recipe was great! Both my picky 5 year old and my husband loved it. My husband who is always hungry said this filled him up quickly. I actually used a pre-made whole wheat crust to make it one step easier. - 1/18/10
