Low Fat Low Sodium Oven Baked Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
4 thin Center Cut Pork chops1 can low sodium Cream of mushroom soup1/2 can skim milk1/2 green pepper1/2 large onion
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Dice onion and pepper, put together in microwave steam bag, steam for 3 minutes
Mix soup and milk until smooth
Put pork chops in casserole, spread onion and peppers over chops then spread soup and milk over pork chops.
Cover casserole and bake for 45 minutes.

Makes 4 servings - 1 chop per serving

    This was good! I used Healthy Choice Mushroom soup and with the onions and peppers didnt miss the salt. It took forever to cook, though. Over an hour at 375. - 2/10/11
