Meg's Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
Directions
4 medium apples2 C fresh apple juice (or apple cider)Juice of 1/2 of a lemonCinnamon, to taste.
- Peel, core & chop apples.
- Add apples, lemon juice, and apple juice or cider to pan.
- Simmer over medium heat until apples are softened.
- Once apples are cooked, use a potato masher to break up the applesauce to desired consistency.
- Add cinnamon and enjoy!
***Makes about 6 servings.
***You can add sugar to this recipe if you'd like a sweeter applesauce, but additional sugar is not accounted for in the nutritional information.
