Homemade Shredded Hashbrowns

Ingredients
1 medium red potato, scrubbed but not peeled1 tsp olive oil1/8 tsp steak seasoning'Salt to taste
Directions
Cut potato into pieces small enough to fit into food processor. Attach shredding blade and shred potatoes. Rinse potatoes then squeeze dry with clean dishtowel.

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add potatoes; sprinkle with seasoning and salt, if desired. Cook potatoes until crispy.

Serves one.
