Ingredients
6 boneless pork loin chops4 tbsp honey1/4 c dijon mustard1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
makes 6 servings
heat honey in a saucepot until it is a liquid remove from heat then add the dijon mustard and vinegar. mix throughly. put pork chops in a freezer bag pure honey mustard mixture in and marinade at least 30 to overnight. cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
