Rosemary Apple Penne

Ingredients
365 Organic Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 3 cup (remove)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)Basil, 5 leaves (remove)Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 3 oz (remove)Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
Directions
Cook whole wheat pasta as directed. Chop apples into bite-sized pieces. Chop rosemary and basil and add to apples.

Drain pasta and add olive oil. Toss with apple mixture and 3 tbsp Ricotta Cheese.
