Yellow squash, onion, green pepper and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 packs of fresh mushrooms, (10oz white and 12 oz portabella)2 cups frozen green peppers 2 cups frozen onions 32oz bag frozen yellow squash slices 3 servings Mrs Dash southwest chipotle seasoning
Directions
spray large wok with cooking spray -- add onions and green peppers and cook until soft -- then add the yellow squash -- cook until they're not completely frozen anymore -- then add the mushrooms and finish cooking -- add the Mrs Dash seasoning
