Vegetarian Salse Melt Sandwich

Ingredients
Arnold Select Sandwich ThinsNeufchatel Cheese (can use cream cheese)SalsaMozzarella CheeseExtra firm tofuChile Powder
Directions
Toss tofu in chile powder and saute until brown around edges. In a small oven-safe bowl, layer neufchatel cheese, salsa, cooked tofu, salsa, and mozzarella cheese. Place bowl in preheated oven at 400 degrees until cheese is brown ( you can also microwave it to save time). In meantime, toast the sandwich thins. Layer half of the salsa mixture on each side of sandwich thin for open-faced sandwich. Serves one.
