Ingredients
1.5 cup egg white substitute2 TBSP splenda brown sugar2 cans evaporated fat free milk1.5 cups fat free half and half1.5 cups half and half
Directions
makes 8 1 cup servings

blend egg substitute and sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy. add all other ingredients slowly. refrigerate over night to allow flavors to blend. top with nutmeg.

** to make lower in fat, use less regular half and half and more fat free half and half.
