Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Rice Squares

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup brown sugar packed1 cup corn syrup1 cup smooth peanut butter1/2 tsp vanilla7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal240 grams Chocolate chips
In large Saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture just begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter, mix well. Stir in cereal, mixing until well coated.
Press evenly and firmly into butter 13x9 pan.
Melt chocolate chips, and pour over top. Refrigerate for 90 minutes. Cut into bars.
Makes 24 servings.

so these are one of my favorite, except I melt butterscotch chips & chocolate chips and spread over the top. :) so hard not to eat the whole pan! lol - 11/10/09

I have never made them before, it was a recipe a friend and I did together, so she ate some, and took a bunch home. Even still, I had 4 of them yesterday! YIKES! No wonder I am up today! Back to it though, and I am not going to have any more, I will feed them to my kids instead!

OMG, I am officially addicted! I have made them twice in the past two weeks and grab one every time I walk by!! Gaahhhh! 1st time I made the topping w/ a bag of semi sweet and half bag of butterscotch! "Scotcheroos" and the 2nd time used a bag of the semi sweet and half bag of Peanut Buttr chips. - 12/16/10

OMGoodness! I am so sorry! I had them in the ingredients for the calorie total, but forgot to add them to the list it shows. It is 240 grams of chocolate chips, I updated it to include this info, thanks so much for bringing this to my attention!
