Splenda Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup Splenda granulated1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend1/4 cup Egg Beaters original1 cup Simply Jif Low Sodium, Low Sugar PB1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a baking sheet as desired (cover with foil, spray with non-stick spray).

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out dough and then roll dough in your hands into cohesive balls. Place balls on pan and press down with fork, making criss cross lines. Sprinkle lightly with splenda. Bake for 15 minutes at 325.

Makes approximately 21 cookies.
