Chicken noodle soup with mushrooms

Ingredients
4 cups low sodium chicken broth12 oz cooked chicken1 package shitake mushrooms2 1/4 cups egg noodlesSalt and pepper
Directions
Boil chicken broth.
Add noodles, then chicken and mushrooms.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate in 2 large containers.
Perfect for lunch!
