Asian Beef Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds flank steak2 tbsp olive oil3 scallions, slice lengthwise1/4 cup fresh lime juice1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro8 leaves of Boston lettuce1 mango, peeled, pitted and cut into stripssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat broiler, with rack 4 inches from heat. Place steak on a large rimmed baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Broil until medium-rare (10 to 12 minutes) turning halfway through. Let rest 10 minutes, then thinly slice.

In a small bowl, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the lettuce leaves with beef, mango, and scallion lengths, drizzle with sauce and serve.
