1 Box Yellow Cake Mix2 Large Eggs1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil (or healthier alt.)1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs together in a bowl until all ingredients are moistened. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips, and refrigerate dough for about 30 min. Pre-heat oven to 350*, and form dough into golf-ball sized balls and place about 1.5 in apart on cookie sheet (You can grease it if you like). Bake for about 20 min or until golden brown. Let cool for about 10 min. You can also adapt this recipe for any kind of cake mix, such as chocolate cake mix and roll the balls in powdered sugar before baking :) This makes about 16 cookies.
