3 green apples, peeled and shredded1/2 coconut meat3 packets of stevia
process together, if it's not balling up you can add a little coconut oil. Also sometimes I add a little cream of tart and a little bit of Jamaican Rum (but those ingredients void the raw). Strain with a nut milk bag, paint strainer or panty hose, remove fiber from bag, form into balls. Place pumpkin pie spice and 1 packet of stevia in a bowl and roll the balls in the mixture, flatten and dehydrate using the guidelines for your dehydrator.
