Ingredients
onion, pepper, garlic, artichoke, broccoli, spinach, and grape tomatoes, with salt and pepper and a healthier spread for cooking the veggies
Directions
sautee veggies til al dente in the spread with minced garlic, salt ,and pepper (boil the broccoli in the pasta water w the pasta to save time...). When the pasta is done and drained toss it all together!
