Blackened Fish with Salsa Verde

4 (6-8 ounce) Halibut fillets, patted dry2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning2 Tbsp. Canola Oil3/4 cup salsa verde1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Serving size: 1 fillet
1. Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasoning.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the fillets and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook until just opaque, 2-3 minutes longer. Transfer to plates. Repeat with remaining fish.
3. Meanwhile, combine salsa and cilantro. Serve fish immediately, topped with salsa.
