Ingredients
1 C. flour1/2 C. oatmeal1/2 C. sugar or splenda if doing sugarfree1/2 t. baking powder1/2 t. baking soda1/4 t. salt2 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 c. nonfat yogurt1/4 c. egg substitute1/2 t. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper liners. Mix all well together and spoon into cups. Bake until done by inserting toothpick to test.
