Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef, leanGarlic, 6 cloves mincedOnion, dicedSm 8 oz can Tomato Sauce1/2 cup Red Wine2 tsp Cumin1 Tbsp Oreganos&p tt
Directions
brown beef; drain
add onion/garlic and saute until translucent
add tomato sauce/wine/oregano/cumin/s&p
lower heat and simmer for 20-30min

serve over rice or salad

    this is much like my picadillo - only I add small-diced potato and extra broth/water instead of wine [my son says it's just like grandma's] great with a little avocado salsa/salad. - 1/21/10
