Ingredients
2 tbsp onion flakes2 tbsp celery seed2 tbsp dried oregano1 tsp hot or sweet paprika1 tsp dried thyme2 tsp black peppercorns1⁄2 tsp cayenne
Directions
Combine the onion flakes, celery seed, oregano,
paprika, thyme, peppercorns, and cayenne
in a coffee grinder. Process until blended
and peppercorns are crushed. Store for up to
6 months in a closed container and place in a
dark area.
