Simple Spaghetti and Meatballs

1 lb lean ground beef1 large egg1 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp red pepper flakes1 1/2 c. Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce (1/2 jar)4 oz whole wheat spagetti, uncooked (can substitute other type of pasta)
Mix first four ingredients in medium bowl. Form mixture into 20 meatballs. Brown meatballs in olive oil in skillet.
Meanwhile, bring water to boil in pot. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain.
When meatballs are brown on all sides, add sauce and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta.
