Turkey Kielbasa with red beans & rice

Ingredients
1 onion chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 tablespoon minced garlic1 pkg Butterball Turkey Kielbasa1 cup white rice1 tablespoon dry parsleySalt and pepper to tasteCajun seasonings to taste
Directions
Prepare rice, add 1 cup rice to 2 cups water and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook 20 minutes.
place garlic, chopped onion, bellpepper, and sliced sausage in a pan, with 1 tsp olive oil. Cook till veggies are glossy and soft. Drain beans (2 cans or 2 cups) add to sausage and veggies stir LIGHTLY. Add spices. To kick up the spice, add a bit of Texas Pete or other hot sauce to the mix. When rice is done, add all to pan of sausage and veggies and mix gently, serve.
