Ingredients
multi grain baking mix (1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup flax meal, 1.5 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup splenda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon)1 egg1 cup non fat milk1/4 cup applesauce1 cup blueberries, cranberries or other fresh or frozen or dried fruit
Directions
mix dry and wet ingredients together, add fruit and spoon into lined or non-stick sprayed muffin cups

bake at 400 for 16-18 minutes

you can add nuts to this recipe but the calorie calculation is without nuts
