Chicken Hashbrown Casserole

1 bag of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion1 can of Campbells' Cream of Chicken Soup1 cup of sour cream, reduced fat1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts (3 - 4 breasts)salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, mix about 3/4 of the can of soup, the sour cream, salt, pepper and potatoes. Add cheese and fold in to a casserole dish.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the potato mixture and dust with paprika. Spread remaining cream of chicken soup on top of chicken breasts to cover during baking.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until breasts are cooked to 170 degrees.
