Lemongrass thai soup with shrimp

Ingredients
8 c of chicken stock1/2 bunch of cilantro1 can straw mushrooms (or shitake)1 lbs. shrimp4 oz lime juice1 jalapeno3 tbsp of fish sauce1 tsp of sugar
Directions
bring 8 c of chicken stock to a boil, add 2 stalks of lemongrass and ginger that have been crushed, boil for 5 minutes, add straw mushrooms, jalapenos, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar boil 5 more minutes. add shrimp and cilantro then remove from heat and wait 5 minutes to serve.
