Ingredients
tofu-2 blocksonion-large, choppedlarge bunch of kale-choppedolive oil-1/3cbragg-to tastemillet-cook separately while preparing tofu
Directions
saute onion in oil til translucent. add tofu, kale, and bragg. cook til kale is soft. Scoop millet in to bowl. Add tofu mix on top. season with sea salt if desired.
