1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon Italian seasoned bread crumbs3/4 (1 ounce) package dry ranch-style dressing mix1 tablespoon and 2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil (you can use whatever oil you prefer)3/4 (12 oz) pound tilapia fillets
preheat over to 375.
place the bread crumbs in a bowl. in a shallow dish, mix the dressing mix and oil to form a paste. coat the tilapia fillets with the paste, then dredge in the bread crumbs to lightly coat.
spray a casserole dish with olive oil spray (just so the fish doesn't stick). cook at 375 for approx. 20-25 minutes. check on it at 20 minutes.
**for frying instead of baking:
melt butter (not included in nutritional info) in a skillet over medium heat. place the fillets in the skillet, and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and easily flaked with a fork.
