Ingredients
# Flour, whole grain, 1 cup # Powdered Sugar, 5 tbsp, unsifted# Salt, 1 dash # Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
Directions
put the flour,sugar and salt in a bowl. add the milk and stir, finally add water untill it creates an omogenuos mix.
divide the mix in medium-egg sized balls.
make each ball into a flat thin circle, and put them one by one on a hot pan. wait till one sides starts creating air balls, then turn on the other side and do the same.
