Cranberry Apple Relish

Ingredients
12 ounce package of fresh whole cranberries (about 2 cups)1-1/2 cups diced Granny Smith apple1 tbsp Lemon juice1/2 cup unsweetened Apple juice1/2 Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, packed1/2 cup chopped Walnuts1 tsp grated Ginger Root1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp grated Orange Peel Zest
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Allow relish to cool before serving. This can be made ahead of time and stored in the Refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Make about 16 2-tablespoon servings.
