Ingredients
4.5 cups Sugar12 oz can of evaporated milk10 oz marshmallows18.5 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips1 tsp vanilla flavoring0.5 cups butter (salted)
Directions
Grease a square pan with butter or cooking spray, or use a disposable pan. Fudge can be hard to get off the surface if not properly greased.

Mix 4.5 cups sugar and 12 ounces evaporated milk together in a 6 quart pot. Heat over medium heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring CONTINUOUSLY. Once the mixture boils, time it for 8 minutes, ensuring the mixture begins to grow and froth.

Lower heat to low. Add 10 ounces marshmallows, 18.5 ounces chocolate chips, 0.5 cups butter and 1 tsp vanilla to the mixture, continuing to stir constantly until all ingredients are melted, combined and thick. Turn off heat and pour into greased pan - leave overnight to set before digging in!

I mixed white and brown sugar and used both milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips and it still turned out great! Plus, I couldn't wait to let it set overnight. It was so good I had to taste it right away! I can't make candy and I could make this - thank you so much for sharing this. - 1/5/10
