Hearty Grain Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 C quinoa1/2 C bulgar1/2 C oats1 T agave nectar1/2 tsp cinnamon12 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk1/2 C dried cranberries3 C water
Directions
Bring the 3 C of water to a boil.
Add all remaining ingredients except the almond milk and agave nectar (used liquid nectar - not available in food list).
Cook until the water is gone. Let set for 5 minutes. Add almond milk and agave nectar.
Makes 3 large servings.

    This is a great way to rev up my breakfast! I changed the recipe a bit though I cut it in half, used nonfat milk instead of almond, xylitol instead of agave nectar, and added oat groats. Pure awesome! Never thought about using quinoa as a brekfast cereal but it's delicious! - 1/20/10
