Tuna- 1 can.Miracle Whip or Mayo- 2 T. (or amount desired if less)Pickles (1 large), choppedAmerican or Cheddar cheese (low fat best)bread- 3 slices (makes 1/2 sandwich/serving)Onions (optional)
Drain tuna and add miracle whip (can also add mustard if wish). Add pickles. Spead on 1/2 bread and top with 1/2 cheese slice. Top with other half bread and wrap sandwich with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Using light miracle whip and low fat cheese will save calories.
