*Fish: Talapia, filet/frozen , 1 serving Salsa, 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 0.5 cupCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Braise the Talapia in a medium size pan with tbsp of canola oil
Season with Ms Dash and a little pepper if desired
In the same pan pour in your pinable chunks with a tbspof the juice from the can
As that cooks, get your plate ready, get a 2 tbsps of any salsa you like and spread it on the plate
When you fish is ready plate it ontop of the salsa, spread your pineapple and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
