Meatless Shephard's Pie

1 pkg Morningstar Farms GrillersI 12 oz can crushed tomatoes2 cups corn1 cup sliced, cooked carrots1/2 cup cooked asparagus3-4 Potatoes2 Tbsp imitation cream cheese1/4 c reduced fat cheddar cheese
1. Rinse, scrub and cut potatoes into wedges. Boil until tender.
2. Heat crumbles and tomatoes in large skillet. Add wine and soy sauce.
3. Mash potatoes with sour cream.
4. Layer crumble mixture, corn, carrots, and asparagus. Top with potato mixture. Spinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
