Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground nutmeg2 lagre eggs beaten1 1/2 cups bananas mashed1 cup Splenda for baking1 tbls butter melted3 tbls margarine melted1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup chocolate chips1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate chips. Mix and set aside.

In another bowl combine beaten eggs, bananas, splenda, oil, margarine, and butter. Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir just until moistened. The batter should be lumpy. Fold in nuts. Spoon batter in to greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 min or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. If the bread gets too brown during cooking process cover loosely with foil. Cool in pan for about 10 min then remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Freezes well. 1 serving is a slice about 1/2 inch wide.
