Carbquik Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
-2 cups Carbquik-2/3 cup 2% Milk-1/3 cup Splenda-1 tbs canola oil-1 whole egg, beaten-3/4 cup blueberries, thawed & drained
Directions
-Heat over to 400 degrees.
-Place paper baking cups in each of 10 regular size muffin cups.
-Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened.
-Glently stir in blueberries.
-Divide batter equally among 10 cups.
-Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 10 servings of 1 muffin each.
