1 Quorn Turk'y Roast4 Potatoes medium cut in to large chunks4 Carrots medium cut in to large pieces4 Celery Stalks large cut in to large pieces6 Mushrooms medium halved3 Scallions chopped1/2 of 1 Onion large cut in to large pieces1 apple small cut into chunks3 Tbls. Olive Oil2 Tbls. Olivio1 Golden Gravy Packet Road's End Organics2 Shitake Mushroom Gravy Packets Road's End Organics2 Tbls. HoneySeasnoning to taste Veg-it, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Garlic2 Tbls. Soy Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take thawed Quorn Roast & place in roasting pan. Rub it with the olive oil, honey & soy sauce. Place chopped vegetables in pan...make sure to have some of the vegetables under the roast so it isn't directly on the roasting pan. Place olivio dotted about & season it with seasonings to your taste. I used about a tbls. of veg-it a goodly sprinkle of black pepper...some sea salt & a bit of garlic. Mix the gravy packets with 3 cups luke warm water & pour in to pan. Cover with foil & seal closed...cook for about 2 - 3 hours.
