Uncooked Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients
4 Cups Quick Oats3 Cup Splenda3/4 Cup Butter3/4 Cup Buttermilk1 1/2 tsp Vanillia7 1/2 tbsp Baking Cocoa
Directions
Place Oats in a large bowl.
In a 4qt Sauce Pan, Melt Butter, Add in Buttermilk, Splenda, and Cocoa. Cook over medium heat stiring constantly till reaches a boil. Once it reaches a boil time it for 2 minutes stiring constantly. Once 2 min is up, remove from heat and add vanillia. Immediately pour over oats and mix completely. Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time onto wax paper and let cool. within a couple hours the cookies should be set and ready to eat or store for later.
