Ingredients
3/4 pound turkey sausage (you may use pork breakfast sausage)1/4 cup finely chopped celery1/4 cup chopped red onion2 eggs2 cups coarsely chopped cauliflower1/2 cup diced yellow squash1/2 cup grated Parmesan1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves1 tablespoon minced garlic1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Cook sausage, onions and celery, add cooked items to all others in a bowl and stir; pour into an 8 by 8-inch square baking dish, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
