I cut the oil and spices in half and cubed the turnips. They turned out great! Roasting adds so much flavor! - 2/27/13

I added three small jealapeano peppers and 1 four ounce can of mushroom bits sauted with 1 tsp. of old bay seasoning and half of receipt olive oil. Otherwise followed instructions. Makes five rather than four servings. Peppers and mushroom bits reserved until turned turnips removed from oven. - 6/22/10
