Ingredients
3 tomatoes3 small jalapeños1 medium oniongarlic powdersaltpepper if you'd likecilantro is optional
Directions
Dice tomatoes, onions and jalapeños. Put it all in a bowl and season to taste with garlic powder, salt and you can add black pepper too if you'd like. It's so simple and so good. I serve it with baked Scoops. It will make about 4 servings.
