Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium russet baking potatoes1 cup heavy cream2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Wash potatoes and place in boiling water. When a second boil is reached, cook 30-45 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain water from pot, cover, and allow potatoes to steam an additional 30 seconds, until dry. Remove skins. Add cream butter, and salt. Using an electric mixer, whip potatoes until smooth. They won't however, be lump-free. Add additional butter, cream and salt as desired.
