Salmon Burger

Ingredients
1-14 oz. can pink salmon6 Tbs. liquid egg whites1/2 onion finely chopped1/4 tsp. garlic salt1/4 cup ground wheat brandash of hot sauce
Directions
Spray frying pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and form into four patties. Place patties in frying pan and cook over medium to medium high heat 7 minutes per side until brown and crispy.

Serve on bun with tomato and lettuce. I like to also add 1 tsp. fat free mayo.
