1 lb frozen fish fillets2 potatoes, finely chopped1 onion10 oz. cab crean if celery soup2 (10pz.) pkgs. frozen courn1 1/2 cups water1 tsp. lemon pepper1 bay leaf
In a 3-5 quart crockpot, place potatoes and onion. Add soup, corn, water and seasonings and mix gently. Cut fish fillets in half and place on top of other ingredients in slow cooker. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours until fish flakes when tested with fork. Do not stir during cooking time.
Remove bay leaf and break fish into chunks. If desired, thicken stew with cornstarch and water mixture.
