Ingredients
Roasting Chicken, light meat, 500 gramsGarlic, 5 cloves Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp Salt, 2 dash Pepper, black, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 2 tsp *chayote squash, 203 gram(s) Spinach, fresh, 200 grams *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp *Water, 10 cups
Directions
Cut chicken into pieces. Clean with salt and water. Mince garlic, chop ginger and onions. Cut chayote squash in bite size pieces. Clean spinach. Saute ginger root with garlic and onions. Add chicken and braise until cook. Add fish sauce, pepper and water. Let boil until tender. Add chayote squash until slightly tender. Lastly add the spinach.
